Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the netlinksgroup.com website and the contact channels of Netlinks Group, the holding company behind the Netlinks, OnWeb, Atômico Press, Crownler, Rankys and Blog Grátis brands. For the purposes of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD), the controller of the data processed here is Netlinks Group, acting through its member companies, headquartered at Av. do Contorno, 5800, Savassi, Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil.

Each brand in the group publishes its own privacy policy on its websites and apps. When you hire a service from one of them, that brand's policy applies alongside the contract.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and keep the website running:

Contact form: name, email, company (optional), subject and message.
Talk to an Expert (WhatsApp): name, WhatsApp number and company website, followed by the conversation you have with our team on WhatsApp.
Job applications: when you apply for a position through the channels on the Careers page, the résumé and contact details you send.
Visit source: the page you landed on, the website that referred you and campaign parameters (UTM tags and ad identifiers such as gclid and fbclid), stored in your browser so we can link your inquiry to the campaign that brought you here.
Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time on site, through Google Analytics.

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion, racial origin or biometrics), and we ask that you do not submit it through our forms.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and route the conversation to the group company best suited to your needs.
To keep a record of the conversation so a specialist can pick up where it left off.
To review applications and run recruitment processes.
To measure website and campaign performance and improve our content.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations and exercise rights in administrative, judicial or arbitral proceedings.
To send institutional communications when you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal bases

Each use relies on a legal basis set out in Article 7 of the LGPD:

Steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Art. 7, V): responding to contact requests, proposals and partnership inquiries.
Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): keeping a record of the conversation, measuring the website and campaigns and protecting our systems, always with minimal data and in line with your reasonable expectations.
Consent (Art. 7, I): institutional communications and analytics cookies, where your browser accepts them.
Legal or regulatory obligation (Art. 7, II) and the regular exercise of rights (Art. 7, VI): record-keeping required by law and defence in legal proceedings.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. It sets cookies in your browser with a visit identifier and gives us aggregated reports: most viewed pages, traffic sources and conversions, without revealing who you are.

We also store the visit source (UTM tags, referrer and landing page) and a chat session identifier in your browser's local storage, so your inquiry reaches our team complete. This information stays only in your browser until you clear it or until a new visit with campaign parameters replaces it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The website keeps working without them.

We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share what is necessary with:

The companies and brands of Netlinks Group, so the right one can assist you.
Processors that handle data on our behalf and under our instructions: Google (Cloud, Workspace and Analytics) for hosting, email and analytics; Meta (WhatsApp) for the conversations you start on WhatsApp; and the CRM and email tools we use to follow up on inquiries.
Public authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights, yours or those of third parties.

We require our processors to accept data protection clauses and security measures consistent with this policy.

7. International transfers

Netlinks Group has offices in Brazil, England, Chile and Panama, and the providers we use may process data outside Brazil. When that happens, we follow Article 33 of the LGPD: data is transferred to countries with an adequate level of protection or under contractual safeguards that ensure the same level of protection described here.

8. How long we keep it

Inquiries and leads: up to 24 months after the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them.
Job applications: up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you authorise us to keep them longer.
Contracts and billing: for as long as the relationship lasts and for the retention periods required by law, such as tax, employment and litigation-defence periods.
Website analytics: aggregated reports, with no personal identification, for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

At the end of each period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. How we protect it

We adopt technical and administrative measures proportionate to the risk: encrypted connections (TLS) on all websites and systems, role-based access control with two-step authentication on internal systems, access logging, periodic backups and files kept in private repositories reachable only through our applications.

If a security incident could pose a relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and the affected data subjects within the deadlines set by ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 15/2024.

10. Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it.
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the law.
Portability of your data to another provider.
Information about the parties we share your data with.
Withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent.

To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact form or the website's WhatsApp channel. We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding. A full response is provided within 15 days, as set out in Article 19 of the LGPD. You may also lodge a complaint with the ANPD.

11. Data Protection Officer

Netlinks Group maintains a data protection officer (Article 41 of the LGPD), responsible for receiving communications from you and from the ANPD and for guiding our team. You can reach the officer through the same contact form, indicating in the subject that your message concerns privacy.

12. Children and teenagers

This website is aimed at companies and professionals and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received data from a child or teenager without a guardian's authorisation, we will delete it.

13. Visitors from other countries

If you access the website from outside Brazil, the rights granted by your country's data protection law (such as the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or the laws of Chile and Panama) also apply, and the same channels can be used to exercise them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update, and material changes are highlighted here.
